For 1 cutting board approximately 16 in x 21 in:

• (1) Padauk 3/4” x 3” x 24”

• (2) Cherry 3/4” x 3” x 48”

• (2) Maple 3/4” x 3” x 48”

• (1) Walnut 3/4” x 3” x 48”

• (1) Purpleheart 3/4” x 3” x 48”

• Food Grade Mineral Oil

Notes

• When planing with router, plan for at least 1/4” extra thickness as lots will be lost when planing
• Use very rigid, flat, table as reference with router sled when planing
• 1/2 cove bit to route juice groove
• Routed chamfer on all edges
• Sanded 80, 120, 180
